With a spacious living room - kitchen, breakfast bar, fully equipped to make your stay a unique moment. Two bedrooms with private bathroom, terrace and a view that will awaken all your senses.
Located within the TAO Wellness Community with free access to daily Yoga, meditation, and Zumba Classes. The TAO Wellness Center offers 2 saltwater lap pools, a gym, featuring a combination of machines and free weights. The center also has a bistro that offers fresh and inexpensive breakfast and lunch as well as door delivery in the evenings. The TAO Wellness center is the perfect place to meet community members and like minded travelers, always easy to get recommendations on local hot spots or hidden cenotes. The TAO Wellness Center is the home of a non profit organisation, where renters are welcome to join in on excursions and trips to help the local people in the surrounding villages.
TAO renters also have access to the new beach club ¨Jungle Fish¨5 minutes driving from the community. Enjoy the amazing facilities, swimming pool, the delicious food and great drinks in front of the beautiful ocean! Cover $ 300.00 MXN ($ 18 USD) applied to consumtion of food and drinks.
Also, we are going to provide you a letter to have access to the Gran Bahia Principe Sian Kaan(+18) and Tulum Hotels for free, where you can enjoy the pools, beach equipment, shows, and entertainment. The hotel is an all inclusive resort and if you would like to enjoy the unlimited food and drinks (adult beverages as well), you can purchase a day pass for a special discounted price of $65 USD (depending on the season) per person per day at the Golf Club House.

The condo was as advertised, about 25 minutes drive from Tulum Centro. There aren't a lot of amenities outside of the property. Beautiful furnishings - the entire TAO property lovely. We got a chance to enjoy the pool and had access to a beach club about 5 minutes drive. The staff I met were courteous and always willing to help, particularly the guys at the security post, even if the shot guns were a little off-putting. My girlfriend and brother stayed here for two weeks overlapping new years' day. We go there about midnight on the first day of the booking. There were two security checks to get to the condo. My reservation was not visible to the security personnel so there was a long hold up. I could not reach the property owner for them to confirm my reservation or provide real-time assistance. To the security guard's credit they were not trying to be jerks and tried to help as much as they could. I was eventually allowed in through the first and then the second gate, after encountering the same issue. Aside from that we really enjoyed our stay.
I would recommend, but be aware of potential pitfalls - distance from Centro and lack of restaurant, entertainment etc nearby.

Would be better if there was a grocery store near by as we are here for four months. Facilities are very good
