Sehr gut. Die ersten 3 Tage kam kein warmes Wasser aus der Dusche, warum auch immer.
Ansonsten war das Appartement toll mit moderner Klimaanlage, gemütlichen Betten und einem kleinen schönen Garten mit Pool.
Kontaktpersonen waren immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Strand war nicht unser Ding, da das Personal im Beachclub nicht das netteste war und wir generell lieber offene Strände mögen, aber gut erreichbar und mit Parkmöglichkeiten.

Super místo. Jesus (majitel) nás přivítal a vše vysvětlil bez problému. Ubytování bezpečné, pohodlné, s krásnou zahradou a okolím. V bytu super klimatizace. Poblíž obchůdek a restaurace.
Celá budova je nová a je stále ve fázi výstavby (na střeše se buduje). V bytu chyběl např. konferenční stolek a koš - následně vyřešeno.

Floor was sandy. The bedsheets/blankets were kind of noisy like plastic and not soft, something cotton would be better. Would be nice to have a small table to eat at.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar de Tulum con mayor exclusividad. La atención del personal siempre fue atenta y amable para que no tuvieramos ningun inconveneniente para llegar. Cuenta con muy buena seguridad.
No hay nada que no me gustara.
