住宿離小樽運河很近，附近也有超市，生活機能算方便，都是走路可以到達的距離，家庭式旅客很合適
住宿地點靠近鐵軌，所以火車運行的聲音還是會傳進屋內，我們有帶幼兒出門，比較早休息，這部分有被影響到，有一個房間的床墊真的太軟，所以睡不好

部屋が広々 整理されていた。 また、そちらの方に行く時あったら 使いたいと思います。
エアコンの位置がわからなく 探した。 リビングの電気がもう少し明るくなればよかった。 日中カーテン開けたかったが 前のアパートから見えそうで開けれなかったから、レースのカーテンがあれば 尚更よかったと思います。 シャワーの水圧は弱い。

ベッドがとても快適で柔らかく、ぐっすり眠ることができました！！！！！♪(´ε｀ ) 室内は非常に暖かく、清潔感があり、必要なものが一通り揃っていて、とても過ごしやすかったです。
エレベーターの点検表示が平成28年のものだったため、少し年数が経っているように感じ、やや不安に思いました。

立地がとても良く、小樽の有名な観光スポットにも近いです。
とても低いロフトに寝室が一部屋あり、階段やロフト部分に転落防止などの安全対策がなく、少し危険に感じました。
