ベッドがとても快適で柔らかく、ぐっすり眠ることができました！！！！！♪(´ε｀ ) 室内は非常に暖かく、清潔感があり、必要なものが一通り揃っていて、とても過ごしやすかったです。
エレベーターの点検表示が平成28年のものだったため、少し年数が経っているように感じ、やや不安に思いました。

Location and parking.
With the snow, tight garage space, and the surprisingly busy street, getting our vehicle in and out of the garage was quite tricky.

家族で利用しましたが、とても広く設備も整っていて快適でした。観光目的の利用でしたが、徒歩で行くことができ、コンビニも近くにあって立地条件も良かったです。
南小樽駅から歩きましたが、平坦な道ではなかったので、ちょっと遠く感じました。

立地がとても良く、小樽の有名な観光スポットにも近いです。
とても低いロフトに寝室が一部屋あり、階段やロフト部分に転落防止などの安全対策がなく、少し危険に感じました。
