Excellent location
More details to the alarm system; inform us more information what to do regarding the alarm system if the alarm was triggered; tried to call booking.com but someone picked up & call was disconnected. The alarm will keep ringing if you open the door & cannot stop ringing until 5+ mins later .Then tried to message host thru booking.com & got response in a short time but advised us to open side door and refrained to use main door. Request to reset the alarm was denied.Thus, it’s very inconvenient for the six guests as there is only one key and everyone goes out and come back at different times

位置絕佳，走到商業街五分鐘，附近就有很多很棒的餐廳。適合多人入住。完全獨立的衛生間和浴室，人多也不會衝突。廚房器具很全，餐具很漂亮。門口可以停兩台車。冬天有洗衣機烘乾機真的太方便了。

Great location, great value, excellent facilities. Probably the best of these kinds of properties I have ever stayed at. They have really made the place very comfortable.
The electronic lock on the front door didn’t work for us but there is an adequate back up procedure.

Nice location and within walking distance to Otaru canal and most of the sights.
The check in didn’t work for the electronic door but thankfully the owner provided a manual key for us
