海音 日の出絶景#オーシャンビュー#中心街の200平方ルーム别墅

行ったら思ったよりキレイで広かったし良かったです。問い合わせも意外とスムーズにできたのも良かった。

細道の坂の上にあったので、きっと冬はいけないだろうと思いました。あとは0番の駐車場の番号が消えてて分からなかった。

Location is great, just 5-10 min walk to the Main shopping Street in Otaru. The house is extremely nice with a superb view to the ocean. It is very spacious

The water in the shower are relatively weak and unstable from cold to hot. Not a major problem during summer

The location although up a very steep hill was good. We could walk down to the main little village area (with caution!). The massage chair was a big hit after a long day snowboarding. The teenagers made use of the mini pool table every night, although not super practical in location or size it did the job to entertain them! Good communication with the owners in regard to parking, and pre check in luggage storage. We had space for a couple of extra people, perhaps 2 families would make it more affordable. Great views… overall it was pretty good!

The ground floor double bedrooms mattress was incredibly hard, that said, we were able to soften it with the excess bedding provided. I would recommend that there be a bin chart so those who are not locals can understand what is meant to go into each bin, and explain the food scraps/combustible/non burnable a little better.

ロケーション最高 寝室や部屋の広さ、家具も最高 キッチン用品もある程度揃っていた 冷蔵庫大きくて使いやすい 洗濯機もありました

建物に若干問題あり 階段の床と壁のズレが気になりました 地震などに耐えられるのか不安 ダイニングの壁や天井が水漏れのあとのように見えるところがあり、不安を感じた マッサージチェア楽しみにしてましたが、マッサージ部分が硬い、痛い、もっと手揉み風の優しいマッサージ器が良かった ビリヤードも楽しみにしていたが置いているスペースが狭く、ぶつかってしまうので使用出来なかった 2階のバスタブの近くにシャワールームがあれば良かった 使いづらく、寒い 冬だと、寒くて使えないと思う バスタブからの景色は最高なのに、洗濯機が置いてある室内のため残念な印象 テレビの電波が弱く映像が乱れて見れなかった エアコンはあったがストーブが壊れて使えなかった
