Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, man ist sehr schnell am Meer. Da es am Ende einer Sackgasse ist, ist es sehr ruhig.

Die Sauberkeit, insbesondere in der Küche ließ zu wünschen übrig. In den Schubladen war es nicht sauber, die Oberflächen klebig, die Griffe haben lange Zeit keine Reinigung mehr erfahren, die spülmaschine war schimmlig, ebenso die zugehörigen Taps. Es roch nicht gut im Haus. Zudem ist auch uns die Heizung ausgefallen, es musste jemand kommen, damit wir wieder warmes Wasser hatten und es endlich mal warm wurde im Haus. Es gibt drei Badezimmer und eine Toilette. Ein Zimmer hat kein separates Bad sondern ein WC und die Dusche einfach ohne Abtrennung im Raum. Der Mülleimer in der Küche war noch voll mit Müll des Vormieters. Der Abfluss der Dusche hat unangenehm gerochen, der Duschvorhang war ebenfalls nicht sauber. Pro Badezimmer gab es ein kleines und zwei große Handtücher, keine Fußmatte. Der Mülleimer im WC hatte auf dem Tritt für den Fuß ekligen Dreck. Im Wohnbereich gab es einen Tisch für 6 Personen, in einem Haus für 8 Personen unpraktisch. Im Text des Hauses stand etwas con täglicher Reinigung, diese erfolgte ebenfalls nicht, zumindest nicht in unserem dreitägigen Aufenthalt.
