Big comfortable apartment in the excellent location. Very good and worth its price

Misleading listing and an uncomfortable stay overall.
The only positive thing is the location, but there is no parking anywhere nearby, which makes staying here very inconvenient.
Constant noise, parties, and drunk teenagers playing loud music until early morning hours. There is absolutely no regulation or staff intervention, even after we complained multiple times.
The apartments are dirty and badly damaged many things are broken, rooms don’t even have doors. There is no hot water at night, and the internet password provided is incorrect, so Wi-Fi does not work. Because of all these issues, we left the apartment one day earlier, even though we had already paid in full, and had to find and pay for another place to stay.
This place is a complete scam. I would strongly advise against staying here.

We could not sleep as some people were screaming all night. This place gives a very unsafe vibe. We cut our stay short and left to a different hotel.

I liked its location: proximity to the city center and closeness to restaurants and a small supermarket, but unfortunately lacked some of the basics like coffee jars, non fat dairy products...
They could provide tissues. I had to ask for toilet paper rather than supplied on a regular basis. They do not clean the rooms unless you stay a minimum of a week. When the cleaning lady was sent after they had to fix the AC, she only cleaned the bath room floor and floor under the AC. Why not do the who apartment?

Good location needs improvement
The location was good. The suit was nice and comfy.
The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and some of the things were missing (like the mirror in front of the sink, a shelf in the shower, and the towel dryer). Also, do not go to the parking garage recommended by them. It's atrocious. Ask for another one a bit far away.

Good position and very supportive host
The host has got some issues with the apartment we booked and has proposed another one, that was even more central and finally very OK.
A bit of confusion at the beginning, also due to lack on Internet on our phones in Serbia, but eventually everything went fine and we have appreciated the effort of the host to resolve quickly the situation
Very good the setup with the garage suggested, as parking is one typical problem in the center of Belgrade
The host (or better a 3rd different person) has called us to propose even a 3rd apartment after we have agreed to move to the 2nd one, that was not appreciated by us considering we had parked already in a specific garage, we were in the road with kids, etc.
Anyway, eventually everything was fine

Spacious new modern facilities but not properly maintained
Great location and fairly new furnishings. Lots of storage space. Spacious bathroom.
Lopsided bed with one broken leg, broken bathroom door handle, wobbly toilet seat. Tried to raise these issues with host but no response. Only two rolls of tissue and towels for a three night stay. No paper towels or rag to wipe the counter top.

Stylish and newly furnished place
The room is good, everything is new and stylish. I really liked the threshold with the view on the street, where you can comfortably sit with a cup of coffee and read a book or just watch people passing by. The location is in the centre. Everything is nearby.
I’d like to have at least 2 towels - for body and hands. Just one (for the body) is really not enough.
It would be a good idea to leave some tea or coffee for tourists - of course it’s only a suggestion 🤗

Comfortable and modern in the very center of the city.
The location is exceptional. All the necessary facilities are nearby and can be reached on foot, starting from restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, clubs, etc.
The apartment is extremely spacious, with a modern design, equipped with all the necessary appliances and dishes, the bathroom is extremely clean and functional.
The building in which the apartment is located is also presentable.

An absolute jewel in the very center of Belgrade
Before I begin, let me just say that in the past I lived in Belgrade for several years.
I can say without reservation that the absolute newness of this building, the fact that it is on a quiet street, but still under five minutes walking distance from the epicenter of the city, and that it offers a truly outstanding value for money make, in my opinion, these suites the top choice in Belgrade.
Svetislav and Irena, who take care of the property, are incredibly helpful hosts. They are young, good-spirited Belgrade natives, and they truly go out of their way to help as much as possible. After having spoken to them on two occasions, I believe they could provide excellent first-hand information on the wheres and the hows of the city to first-time visitors.
Generally, I am not comfortable using the word wow other than on instant messaging applications, but such would most likely be the reaction of quite a few of the guests when they see the interior.
The building is impeccably clean, pleasantly odorless, with a quiet elevator inside which music is being played discretely and only two suites per floor.
The 42-square-meter suite is equipped with new and plentiful appliances and a very, very comfortable bed.
The bathroom, the crown wow of this accommodation, would deserve a full paragraph here, just for the sheer size of it.
Storage space, furniture and the kitchen are unobtrusively, yet perfectly paired with the feel of the suite.
The floor heating works marvelously.
Summing up, it should be said that, if details are your thing, then one quickly realizes that even in the most luxurious of lodgings, when it comes to the relationship between functionality, the quality of the furniture used and its distribution, the colors and the materials of surfaces, there are very few places where everything truly works. Here it does.
I find it very, very hard to imagine that there is a place in Belgrade offering a better combination of convenience, luxury, and value than this one.

Υπήρχαν σημεία που δεν πρόσεξαν όπως θα άρμοζε . Σπασμένο χερούλι στην πόρτα του μπάνιου , όχι κρεμάστρες στο μπάνιο , πετσετες με λεκέδες και έμοιαζαν πολύ χρησιμοποιημένες. Τα διαμερίσματα έχουν μεγάλη προοπτική αρκεί να τα προσέξουν παραπάνω

Мы договорились, что утром (до заезда) я смогу оставить вещи, когда я приехала на место там не было никакой вывески, просто подъезд с закрытой дверью. Я позвонила по тел, который указан на букинге, и наткнулась на ужасно грубого, некомпетентного человека, который начал меня отчитывать, что я ему звоню в 9 утра (было 9:40 и мы договаривались), сказал, что его сотрудник будет только в 11 часов, сказал: "я не обязан там находится круглосуточно". И даже после того, как я сказала, что буду ждать, он начал писать мне в воцап, что типа у него выезд в 11, и как я должна оставлять вещи, если там другие гости (зачем тогда было изначально соглашаться на это?). Самое смешное, что когда я пришла в 11, я вещи оставила не в апартаменте, а в каморке под лестницей, при чем тут тогда выезд предыдущих гостей??
Что касается апартаментов:
Диван сломан и не раскладывается, а нас было трое взрослых, и одному человеку пришлось спать на сложенном диване
На двери в ванную сломана ручка
Забит слив в душе
В душе нет даже полочки, куда можно поставить шампунь или гель для душа
Духовка не работает
Посуды очень мало, чашек для чая нет вообще
И они это называют 4*!

Apartmani se nalaze na odličnoj lokaciji. Osoblje je ljubazno i trudi se da što brže reši vaše probleme.
Sam apartman je sa stanovišta enterijera lepo i sa ukusom opremljen. Krevet, jastuci i posteljina su dobri. Dizajn soba je praktičan i prijatan. U celini, ima sve potrebne uređaje kao što su veš mašina, mašina za pranje sudova, električni čajnik i slično.
Iako su apartmani novi, deluju pomalo „umorno“ i na nekim mestima im je potreban manji popravak ili renovacija. Na primer, slavina u kuhinji bila je rasklimana, a brava na vratima takođe. Daljinski upravljač za TV nije radio kako treba. Posuđa ima minimalno, a neke osnovne stvari su nedostajale ili bile u lošem stanju. Nema sušilice za veš. Takođe, nije jasno kako se organizuje čišćenje tokom dužeg boravka – sredstva i pribor potpuno su izostali. Posle nedelju dana zamolili smo osoblje da očisti, što su uradili, ali su dalje rekli da čišćenje obavljamo sami i dali su nam samo metlu i kofu.
