Overall good for the cost

Rhe staff was very friendly, they meet, showed the way tonthe room, even helped with heavy luggage. The location of the suites is very good, not far away from the city center. Good wifi, nice water pressure in the shower. I asked for kettle and iron and was provided with them. The room has a good heater

To be honest, the room looks quite old and worn out. The carpet is old and has stains. There were extra blankets and bed covers in the closet, but they were not placed neatly. They were just thrown inside, so I was not sure if they were clean. The bathroom is cold. If your room faces the street, it can be noisy because there is no good soundproofing. There is a bathtub in the middle of the room, but I would prefer more space to open my suitcase. There is an elevator, but it does not always work properly. I was staying for 4 days and they didn't empty trash bins even once.

The location was excellent, and the standard was very good for the price.

The room with a bathroom was elegant, clean, and very comfortable, decorated in a hotel style, with a view of St. Mark’s Church from the window. The price was low for such a standard, the location was excellent, and there were great restaurants right across the street. An additional plus was Mr. Pedjia at the reception – very kind, helpful, and simply great.

I wouldn't recommend it

The location was good

Firstly the pictures do not represent reality. The carpet was very dirty and the bed mattress was awful. When we arrived there was a bottle of water and a red bull on the balcony. The balcony door was broken and we had no curtains, the curtains were in the wardrobe. The shutters were broken and the tram station was outside our room waking us up at night. We paid a good amount of money for that room and it was disappointing.

This was my first visit to Belgrade ever. I had a very good experience with the hotel and with the city of Belgrade as a whole. I am Romanian but I speak Serbian as well. I spoke in Serbian to the hotel staff and throughout my whole stay in Belgrade. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the city center, near the Serbian Parliament. I got a room in the basement with spa bath and sauna. I didn't use the sauna, but I used the spa bath a few times and I was very satisfied. Also, there are many TV channels, way more than we get in Romania.

I didn't have breakfast included. I served it once and that was it. After that I decided to have breakfast somewhere else.

I always look at the reviews before I book but in this case the Booking reviews were to positive, it was annouched as a boutique hotel but also as appartments but in fact it is only appartments with this funny reception outside of the appartments and breakfast accros the street but to be honest there was not much that I liked.

Half of my room was a bath tube that I did not use and did not need as well, I did not have a chair or something that resembled a bed but most important the door of the balcony did not close and the blinds for the windows did not work so a lot of light and noise from the street but also did not feel safe with an open door. The entrance of the appartments door to the stairs also did not close so anybody could enter. I asked for another room but they claimed there was no other room available.

Nice friendly staff! Clean space with very nice decoration, beautiful bathtub for relaxation and really comfortable beds! The price is very logical for what they provide!

The bathroom needs fixing! A lot of holes and scratches on the walls, needs a lot of repairs here and there. Very uncomfortable and narrow bathroom door!

the bathroom made a strange loud noise every 10/15 mins and a loud noise from trams outside the window all night, no shower and a bath in the middle of the room wasn’t ideal

Close to everything I needed,

The carpet needs to be replaced. There was a coffee machine however no kettle to make a cup of tea. No teaspoons. No tea, sugar or milk. A little table near the bathtub would be helpful. The glass door to the balcony was broken and just tapped up and it appeared to have been like that for a long time

Excellent hotel. Jacuzzi tub was fantastic and room is amazing and has a big chandelier too! TV has so many channels to watch. Pedja was so kind and helpful! Ana was kind and sweet! Best to all of you! Highly recommend!

Excellent and peaceful stay in Belgrade

Super generously sized room with everything you could need! Comfy bed, beautiful jacuzzi and even a sauna! The host was extremely kind and upgraded our room for us upon arrival which we greatly appreciated after a 10 hour travel day from Montenegro. It felt very relaxing as it was on basement level with incredible sound proofing so it was very peaceful and made for a great nights sleep.

Unfortunately there was no working wifi as it didn’t reach our specific room down the end of the hall, I think this should be looked into as it was quite inconvenient for us.

I fully recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was amazing at a nearby restaurant, just across the pedestrian crossing from the hotel. You get a card from the hotel, and when you give it to the waiter, you can choose from at least ten different breakfast options, including English breakfast and croissants. The hotel is right in the city centre – there’s a currency exchange nearby, as well as plenty of clothing boutiques and cafés. The room has air conditioning too. The hotel room is very modern, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke perfect English.

The location is not far away from the center

Toilet had no ventilation (!!!) - the smell from the toilet and humidity from the shower goes to the bedroom. There is no windows in the room - only fake decoration - the rooms underground. Rooms made for good photo, not for nice stay. They changed the room and the second room was the same. They could not offer me any other room and called for a boss. Boss promised to refund in 24 hours and confirm it via chat at Booking.com, but in 24 hours I received 0 refund. When send the reminder, they replied that first I need to confirm that no negative feedback at booking.com. Keep yourself away from this place. Now have to chat with booking.com support to get my money back.

Waste of money

Old and gray towels, of and damaged sheets, wary strange wardrobe and very dirty inside, broken air conditioner.

We decide to change it after 2 days, don’t recommend it at all Manager still don’t answer me on watsup, support is very unfriendly

Pedja, from reception desk is exceptional. He is taking good care for regular guests to feel comfortable and happy. This guy knows how to do his job and what hospitality should look like. Whoever his boss is and if he is reading this comment, please raise Pedjas salary. He is for sure keeping the guest list coming back to Kings Palace.

Just a small room, only met staff on check in and check out. No services.

Reasonably well located. Opposite a good restaurant who provided the breakfast for the 'hotel'. We appreciated the free breakfast we were offered on our first night.

This is not really a hotel. It is like an apartment with no services. A room with a bathroom and also a bathtub in the room. Didn't like the cockroach. Situated in an old building.

The worst so far

Location is so good and employees are very kind

The room is very small. Whatever I touched in the bathroom was left in my hand and There was an exposed electrical cable. There was a huge water heater which I thought was not just for me, it is in the photos. There was no socket for a hair dryer in the bathroom. I don't care much about the view, but it has a window like a prison window, there were dead pigeons outside. And many other things.

Good location, not very good experience with reception staff

Location and privacy

My room was changed without informing me. All my personal items, including toothbrush moved to new room. I had a busy day and needed to pick up some stuff from the room. Almost shocked when realized that room was empty. Went to the reception and no one was there. Called the given cell phone. Male person answered saying he will arrive in 5 min. I was waiting him som 30-35 min to arrive and give me keys from the room where they moved me. When I asked why they moved my personal items without prior checking or informing me he went in defense. Also when I start checking my personal items in front of him he start to defend that no one has missed anything from their property. I needed to buy new toothbrush as do nit know who was touching it, and I was late almost for 1h to my meeting, simply because hotel staff did not communicated with me on the move to new room!!!

Well I liked the shower and the bathtub obviously.

There were mushrooms growing between the bathroom and the hotel room. The plaster on the wall behind the bathtub is crumbling, I wasn’t sure if that was mold next to the mushrooms. Why are there glasses and cups but no water cooker or anything else? For what do I need it then unless I don’t bring my own coffee machine/water boiler with me? A hole in the wall was filled with a crumpled paper. The tiles are still standing behind the sofa and some of the tiles are broken. Some corners of the bath are a bit dirty. For the money I am expecting at least a clean room without mushrooms growing behind the broken tiles at the wall and some of the windows can’t get closed.
