Sehr gute Lage und schönes Haus mit viel Platz, alles eingezäunt man fühlt sich sehr wohl und sicher mit der Familie. Alle Räume klimatisiert und einzeln per Fernbedienung steuerbar, bei 38 Grad Aussentemperatur --> Top (anders eh nicht auszuhalten) Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, alles top sauber und modern. Schönes Außenpergola für Abends. Sicheres Parken im eingezäunten Bereich direkt vor der Haustür, toll. 150 Meter zum Supermarkt, in den Kernort (Bars/Restauranats) 10 Minuten Fußweg und zum Petit Train zur Stadtrundfahrt Ausflugsziele an den Strand /Meer/Badebuchten z.B. La Ciotat 45 Minuten -> Top Ausflüge nach Marseille (Mucem, Promenade) 30 Minuten -> Top Der Preis ist m.E. zu niedrig angesetzt für dieses tolle Haus, für weniger bzw. Wohnungen verlangen andere deutlich mehr.
Eigentlich nichts. Spielt eigentlich kaum eine Rolle --> manchmal nervig waren die winzigen Ameisen am Küchenboden --> keine Waschmaschine ist aber eher ein Luxusproblem im Sommer, die Badehose einmal per Hand kurz durchwaschen, bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur trocknet diese in 20 Minuten.
