When you've had your fill of the outdoors, the dedicated game room is ready to offer in-home entertainment. It features a pool table, a smart TV, and two retro arcade cabinets.
Island-style decor and strong natural lighting fill the main floor, with vaulted ceilings and a fan creating a light and airy ambience throughout the space. Plush sofas and a smart TV welcome casual downtime in the living area. A full suite of updated stainless steel appliances is equipped for stress-free meal planning. Great house with plenty of room and amenities. Pool and game room were enjoyed by all! The house overlooks the lagoon, so the beach is a short drive. Overall a great place for large groups.

The property was a nice visit however there were a few personal comforts that would have made it better. There should be blinds on the family room windows to take the bright glare from watching tv. Items such as shower caddy on master shower, towel bars/hooks in baths, no tissue holder in master bath would have made it nicer. There were no blankets in the bedrooms for cold nature people. The bikes would have been nice addition however two had flat tires, one had broken seat and the other had bad handle bars so we could not use them. Even though the house has electronic locks it was rather cheap having a key hanging on a nail by the front door that could have had a nice key chain with a proper place for safe keeping. I would think a house of this price range these things could be added to improve the stay for renters since they are creature comforts for almost everyone.

It was a beautiful piece of paradise. So private and great neighborhood. 4 teenagers never got bored between game room, kayaks, bikes, swimming and fishing. A perfect place. Plenty of room.
