Escape to our newly built and elegantly furnished 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home, perfectly designed to host your large group. Located in a picturesque setting of Florida, our vacation home offers a blend of relaxation, entertainment, and breathtaking views of the Indian River where frequent encounters with manatees and dolphins add to the enchantment.
Our expansive property boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group. Three of our bedrooms are master suites, each featuring an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Two of the master suites situated by the pool each feature their own dedicated air conditioning units for individual climate control and comfort. Another room is designed for larger groups or families, with 2 bunk beds that can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. For flexible sleeping arrangements in another bedroom offers 2 double beds, providing flexibility for various group sizes.
Convenient access to a pool bath ensures you can enjoy the pool area without having to go through the main living spaces.
The open floor plan allows for seamless flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere for gatherings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, a large fridge, and plenty of counter space, making meal preparation a breeze for your large group.
Beat the hot Florida heat with our commercial-sized ice machine in the garage, perfect for filling up coolers for your beach trips.

We enjoyed our stay very, very much. In short, the house is perfect - spacious, clean, well designed, and plenty of privacy. We really liked that the kitchen and living room were side-by-side so everyone could enjoy each other's company. The spa was terrific, and its heating system was very easy to use. Finally, the outdoor area was fun, and we had some success fishing in the lagoon. A great time was had by all.

Our family had a wonderful time! Our grandsons loved the pool and kayaking. A manatee and her baby stayed right behind the house. Great outdoor space. Loved the single story. Close to everything.

Four Islands Paradise once again did not disappoint us as this was our 2nd year staying at the property as old (60) college friend get together during the Final 4 weekend. We enjoyed the tranquility and relaxation of the pool and water view. The amenities in the house provided everything we needed to prepare our on meals during our 5 day stay. The house clean and provided all we needed for our stay. The host was responsive and available for any of our needs and check instructions were perfect. We can’t wait to book our stay again next year.

This property would have typically garnered an all 5-star rating from us. However, the listing pictures give a deceptive view of the water view. Beware!!! When you make a very special trip to a beach area you are most importantly looking for views. Despite every picture showing very open views of the water and the mangroves, our view was blocked by 2 boats, one of which appeared to be at least 35 feet in length. Both boats were dry-docked on the property. This was most likely the very last trip away from home for my 84-year-old Mom and she was devistated with the poor view. She has limited mobility and simply stared at 2 boats for our long weekend. Every other aspect of the house was great. The kayak, paddle boards, bikes, etc were a great addition. Suggestion to the owners - remove the deceptive pictures of the boats or include a few pictures of dry-docked boats and give renters a "heads up" to their possible presence.
