About this apartment rental
Apartment 1 “Yellow Orchid”
Is there anything better than a vacation rental where you feel welcome the moment you walk in? The “Yellow Orchid” is just such a place. This two-room apartment, measuring approximately 50 m², is located on the first floor of the house and features a furnished balcony of just over 6 m² facing the sunny southwest.
From the hallway, you enter the apartment’s spacious and modern living/dining room, featuring an OptiFlame electric fireplace, English-style furniture, a comfortable couch, a large flat-screen TV, and a built-in kitchen with a dining area that blends harmoniously into the space. Wherever you look, you can see and feel that the apartment’s owners have put a great deal of love into the furnishings and decor.
The high-quality LEICHT built-in kitchen features an elegant white and black color scheme and is equipped with a granite countertop that matches the high-gloss granite floors throughout the apartment. It features a kitchen bar/glass counter, a small wine refrigerator, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a 5-zone ceramic cooktop with a wiper and sensor buttons, a high-quality ELICA Platinum range hood shaped like a large lamp, a dishwasher, a microwave, and various small appliances that round out the kitchen’s amenities. All cooktops can also be used as warming plates. Thanks to the coffee maker, automatic espresso pad machine, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, stand mixer, and electric citrus juicer, among other appliances, you won’t have to do without any comforts.
Free Wi-Fi, a laptop safe for your valuables, and ironing supplies are, of course, also provided.
In the bedroom of your vacation home, a box-spring double bed with a comfort height of 60 cm and a sleeping surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m promises sweet dreams. The room can be darkened with a roller shade. The open closet area, featuring two English dressers, offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.
With glossy black marble and granite, the bathroom also exudes an exclusive and elegant atmosphere. Here you’ll find a large double vanity, a shower, a heated towel rack, and a toilet. Soft lighting, a window, plenty of storage space, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror round out the apartment’s beautiful overall ambiance.
