This very comfortably furnished two-room apartment measures approximately 43 square meters and is located on the first floor of a two-story building, just about 80 meters from the beautiful Binz beach and the popular promenade. On the furnished balcony, you can relax and unwind in the fresh sea air. All windows are equipped with insect screens.
From the entryway with its coat rack, you enter the spacious and modern living area, which features a cozy corner couch, a large flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a CD and Blu-ray player, and a dining table. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.
The kitchenette blends harmoniously into the living area. Here you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, and various small kitchen items that round out the kitchen’s amenities. There is also a convenience-height oven with an integrated microwave function.
The bedroom features a double bed, a large wardrobe, a dresser, and an additional flat-screen TV.
The apartment features a bathroom with natural light, equipped with a shower/toilet, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and radio. Additional amenities include a safe, an iron with ironing board, books, various DVDs, board games, and a vacuum cleaner.
