This condo is also just a few short miles from several popular local attractions including Warren Falls, Hartshorn's Organic Farm Stand & Maple Sugar House, and the Granville Gulf Reservation State Forest, all less than 10 miles from your door. You'll also find numerous shops, farmers' markets, restaurants, a local movie theater, and Lawson's Brewery, all minutes away.

Inside this terrific condo, discover a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Dine at the adjacent table - ideal for family game nights! After meals, sink into the comfortable living area, get a wood fire crackling in the fireplace, and watch TV into the evening. Outside, take in spectacular mountain views from your soothing, private hot tub (available from October through March).

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, board games, and a steam shower.

Things to Know
The hot tub is only available in the winter months (October through March) only. It will not be available in the spring and summer months.
The home is several steps down from the driveway, and the main living area of the home is down an internal flight of stairs.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
