About this apartment rental
This is a very spacious and comfortable home with two huge bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. Newly renovated kitchen, ski room and main living area. The master bedroom has a fireplace too! Enjoy a relaxing visit to the large private sauna after a long day on the slopes. Great for two families or a large families.
It is a quick walk to the slopes or grab the free shuttle right at your front door. Super quick and easy to get to the mountain and you can ski in too!

Conveniently located up the street from the pools and spa at the Sugarbush Health and Racket Club. Walking distance to skiing/riding, mountain biking, snowshoeing and hiking. A very quick drive has you at the gorgeous Sugarbush Country Club.

Our party consisted of 2 families, a mix of adults and teens. The condo was perfect for us! 3 full baths, plenty of room to spread out, and better stocked than any other rental I have used before. Comfy couch, lots of games to play, and the sauna is very large and so nice. We really appreciated the washer and dryer to be able to clean stinky uniforms after a hot day on the fields. The owner, Tom was so friendly and helpful. He was great at communicating ahead of time and during our stay. We couldn’t locate the washer and he responded very quickly when I asked about it. And he very graciously let us check out late without any additional fees. The resort area is beautiful and so peaceful in the summer. We saw a mama bear and her 3 cubs and it was the highlight of our stay. We were in the area for a tournament so didn’t get to explore too much, but spent an afternoon at Warren Falls, less than a 10 minute drive and it was such a fun time, jumping off the cliffs and hanging in the swimming holes. I highly recommend this rental if you are looking to rent in this area!

Four of us stayed for two nights for the 2024 total eclipse. It could not have been more perfect.
From the time we booked until we checked out, Tom was beyond responsive. He was so gracious about communicating places to visit, things to do, and most importantly, gave us a suggestion for an ideal spot to watch the eclipse. He was available by text message and phone call for the smallest question. I truly felt like I had a new friend by the time we left.
The minute we walked in the door, the four of us felt immediately at home. The condo was clean, the layout functional, the kitchen well – stocked. We spent more time than I should admit sitting in front of the fire and chatting. We did use the sauna which was very fun. I can only imagine how great it would be after a day on the slopes.
An unexpected and delightful bonus was the amazing art work throughout the condo. We assume it was done by a very talented family member, and it elevated our experience.
We all agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Condo. Tom, the owner, was very helpful and provided great information and recommendations about skiing and the general area. The condo was really close to the ski mountain - making drop offs and pick ups of our kids very easy, and also close to the Sugarbush Health & Rec center for those in our party that wanted to use the gym. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We'll definitely love stay here again!

The Sugarbush condo was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and spacious. The heaters and fire places worked great. The unit is walking distance to the slopes. The owner was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
