The Powder Day Lodge, a spacious corner unit townhome, is one of the newer constructed townhomes in the Sugarbush area with a boasting 2,600 square feet. It is only ¼ mile to the Sugarbush Ski Mountain and ½ mile to The Sugarbush Resort Golf Club designed by the world famous Robert Trent Jones, Senior Masterpiece designer of golf courses. You will love the updated color scheme in sophisticated hues with an open concept, gourmet kitchen, large dining area, comfortable family room with gas stove, 3 bedrooms upstairs and a family game and bunkroom downstairs.

The first floor entry way welcomes you with a fabulous ski and boot storage area with ample amount of room to hang and store all of your wet gear. The main level features an open living/dinning/kitchen area with hardwood floors throughout. You will enjoy snuggling up by the warm gas fireplace, watching TV on the flat screen and grilling on the sunny deck off of the living room. The kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, breakfast bar, plenty of counter space and stainless steel appliances. The dinning room table can accommodate up to 8 people with additional seating available at the kitchen counter.

This wonderful townhome features three bedrooms with an additional living area in the basement that serves as a kid friendly bunk/playroom. The condo can comfortably sleep 10 people or up to three families. Each bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and is decorated with picturesque nature and skiing photos. The Master bedroom has its own private bath with a jetted whirlpool. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The basement room has two futons and two bunk beds for the kids, along with a foosball table, TV and its own private full bath.

The home is equipped with the latest high tech amenities including Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and radiant heat on the lower level. The convenience of a carport is also available to keep your car out of the elements. There is a washer and dryer on the main level for your convenience. Linens and towels are provided.

Don’t want to drive? Take the shuttle bus to Lincoln Peak or Mount Ellen. The convenience of the shuttle is very helpful for anyone that may want to head home earlier than others to relax by the fire or for those that don’t want to deal with parking at the hill.

The Powder Day Lodge is a perfect spot for family or multi family getaways. In the winter it is just steps away from downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and some amazing snowmobiling trails. In the autumn season you can experience some of the best fall foliage in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont. In the warmers temperatures you can enjoy mountain biking, swimming in scenic water holes, hiking, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, tennis and kayaking. Mad River Valley has so much to offer including quaint antique shops, galleries, crafts, shopping and many wonderful fine dinning restaurants in Warren, Waitsfield and all of the local valley towns. Burlington is also only less than an hour away.
