Kick back and relax in this welcoming calm, stylish space. The Carlton house is Brand new and conveniently located just under a mile from the popular Wilton Drive. You are just 12 minutes from the beach and a tan. Convenient to downtown Las Olas with its fine dining and luxury shopping. Canal views welcome you in the morning in your private luxury en-suite bath with complimentary spa products. Free parking on premises and quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac.

Some of the amenities included are coffee or tea and hot chocolate for the morning. Bath robes for showering. Towels for the beach. Complimentary shampoo conditioner and body lotion as well as shaving kits etc. This Vrbo sleep 4 with a king bead and a queen couch pullout.
Guest access
Guests will park in the driveway and will have access to the gate on the north side of the property. There will be a sign on the gate saying “Carlton House” guest entrance.
Guests staying will have parking available for one vehicle. Keep in mind the city does not allow anyone to park on the street. So to avoid your car getting towed you are going to want to park in the driveway provided.
Other things to note
Any guest wanting to have a visitor who is not listed as a guest in the booking is welcome to visit but listed guests must make host aware.
