Very nice property with lots of trees, plenty of everything (dishes, towels, bedding, etc.) that is needed. Nice neighborhood, felt safe. The owner responded ASAP to an issue with the AC and had someone out there immediately. Pool is awesome!!

The fact that this was an older home was its greatest asset. We've never stayed in a rental with more character and we loved it. It was comfortable with a beautiful pool area. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We stay in Fort Lauderdale about 10x a year for work. As with any expensive area, you need to pick your priorities within your price range and while I can see this house being great for some, our family would prefer something better maintained. Good-private fully fenced backyard with a pool. Dog friendly, decent location not too far from beach, 3 bedrooms, full house, kitchen was well stocked, washer dryer. The house looks like it became a rental years ago and they put minimal effort to keep it going. Not worth the price for us compared to others we've stayed in FLL, but again I'd choose a little further drive to beach or no pool for something cleaner and better maintained. Covered the furniture with beach blankets, only soap in shower, curtains in one room were sheer etc... Nothing too bad but not same quality as others in the area we've stayed at.

Loved the pool and the mid-century modern house. There could have been more info left by owner; tv service, garbage pickup, pool heat control. Tho we loved the house it might have been better maintained for the price paid. Also, we had a huge iguana jump in the pool. Exciting as he was gone the next day

House is dated but clean. Pool was very nice and the spa will come to temperature if you give the owner enough notice. Very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows blankets, and towels. Nice neighborhood that felt save and was very convenient.

The property was as stated. It was cute and clean, and even had iguanas visit us on the back fence. The owner was easy to contact, and answered all my questions. The location was good with a few restaurants within walking distance, and a quick drive to the mall and beach. The only downside was the pool, which appeared dirty. The owner stated it was cleaned twice per week. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

Kevin and David are so kind and generous. My family evacuated from port charlotte and because of them my son had a safe place to come with a roof over his head and no worries on his mind . I can never thank these two enough .There are truly kind people left in this world !

The property is exactly as described. No frills- it's a FL house. The pool/outside area make the property. Unfortunately, the pool was not cleaned until the night before we left--but we managed to clean it ourselves (We did not contact the property manager-I'm sure he would have sent someone out if we did). The iguanas are all over the pool area so cleaning the deck was a daily process.-It smelled awful. If you are looking to stay extremely close to the beach this is not the property for you but I would stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights in June, 2022 and we absolutely loved it. I personally liked the openness of the sliding window walls out to the backyard and pool and the upgraded kitchen was a bonus. We loved it and can’t wait to come back.

We had schedule change and the owner was very good to work with about that. The heater was out in the pool before we were to arrive and again the owner kept us updated about it and worked to get it replaced by the time we arrived. It was a wonderful surprise to find it was a salt pool and not chlorine!

We had an amazing time. Kevin was awesome with great communication. David the neighbor was amazing. The property didn’t disappoint. We love how it was decorated and the style of the home was gorgeous. It’s close to the beach and A quick lyft anywhere you want to go. We will definitely stay again. House has great potential. It is very dated and needs a lot of work. I am thorough about reading reviews and don’t feel like all gave me an overall better feel of what I experienced. House didn’t seem overly clean. Pool is beautiful but not sure I ever saw anyone clean while we were there like listing states. Hot tub would never heat up for us after repeated messages to owner although he did send numerous texts to try and help. I was on vacation and didn’t feel it was my job to trouble shot the problems. We finally gave up and never used it. Very disappointing! Furniture is old and used. It felt “dirty” sitting on it. I was sure hoping for more than what we got. Wouldn’t stay here again.

My partner and I stayed here for four nights and found the property and the neighborhood to be beautiful, relaxing and close to so many things. Though we spent the majority of our time in the stunning lagoon pool we were only a 15 minute walk (or a <5 min drive) from the beautiful Ft. Lauderdale beaches. Every kind of food is available nearby and there's even a grocery right around the corner. The home was bright and clean and we enjoyed relaxing here very much. I would recommend to couples, families and friends, this property has something for everyone.

This was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Came into town to see the Patriots with a large group from my home town and this gave us a great buffer from the parties downtown/ Lauderdale by the Sea area and a cheap Uber ride to where we wanted to go. A lot of places to eat and shop with in a walking distance. The property manager was very helpful when needed.
