Location is key for any vacation and this first-floor condo enjoys an unbeatable location on the beachfront end of building A of the amazing Waterscape resort! Waterscape is the Emerald Coast's newest luxury resort and boasts a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including spectacular waterpark-style pools, a lazy river, a zero-entry pool, a heated outdoor pool, and a children's splash area with a slide, a state-of-the-art fitness center with LCD TVs, two hot tubs, a BBQ area with multiple Weber grills, and seasonal on-site activities, such as pool movies, shuffleboard, karaoke, face painting, crafts for kids, Build-A-Bear visits, hair braiding, beach massages, beach volleyball games, and more.

Upon entering this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover an open floor plan with tiled floors. The entire home has been recently updated! The living area enjoys comfortable furniture, one of which being a new sofa with a pullout Sealy Posturepedic mattress and a love seat, and a TV with cable. The living area opens onto a balcony equipped with loungers and a convenient outdoor dining area so you can enjoy your meals alfresco. Back inside, the condo's kitchen has been appointed with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze.

The main suite and second bedroom open to the balcony. Both bedrooms enjoy new mattresses, TVs, and large en suite bathrooms with oversized tubs and separate showers with bench seats. There is a separate sleeping area with bunk beds that is perfect for kids and teens.

This charming beach retreat is conveniently located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Ft. Walton Beach, just six and a half miles from Destin. Some of the amazing local attractions you can find include Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, The Boardwalk, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, Jerry Melvin Beachwalk, Xtreme H20, Air Force Armament Museum, The Track - Destin, and Emerald Bay Golf Club.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided by VACASA. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
