The Space:
Unit A412 has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.
Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

We love waterscape! The view was good. This condo was very clean. The living room furniture was new. The beds were very comfortable. We did not really cook much but it looked to have all you need. I would highly suggest they update the outdoor furniture! It's has seen it's time. Overall nice place!

The location can’t be beat so that would get a 5. The resort was awesome and it is right on the beach. It’s right by the elevator that goes down right by the pool so that was awesome! The unit itself was dated and needed some maintenance. The carpet looks bad. The outdoor furniture was a little rough looking. The view was awesome so I could get past the furniture.The faucet in the kitchen needs replaced because you had to turn it off weird. It was very spacious and could fit a good many people. There weren’t enough pillows and they were very flat. The living room tv was very small. The living room furniture was not comfortable at all. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again or at least at the resort.
