30 minutes to Zions! Spacious one-level town near lakes in golf course community

Beautiful property- very quiet- communication great! Close to everything you need!

This house had an excellent location. Close to St. George but not in the middle of the crowds. (We were there for Spring Break). In the neighborhood it was very close to the two pools, which made it nice! The house had everything we needed for our stay. The only suggestion I have is that it's nice to have a garage door opener to use. It was cold and rainy 2 of the days we were there and we had to stop the car get out, go in the house and push the garage door button each time we went somewhere. Not a big deal but it is convenient to have one. Other than that excellent!

The floor plan of the property is great, the kitchen was well equipped, and proximity to the swimming pools was excellent. We enjoyed having Zion’s so close, as well as some beautiful golf courses. We would happily stay at this property again!

This was a beautiful place and very clean. The only little flaws were the back door wouldn't stay shut unless the dead bold was in place and there was a small crack in the tub in the master bath. Our small family of 4 had more space than we needed so we'll bring more people with us next time. The kitchen had just about everything you need. The master bed and bath are comfortable and spacious. The 4 bunk beds were fairly comfy and large enough for two, but there was no night light or lamp for scared-of-the-dark kiddos. The third bedroom was small and had a very uncomfortable mattress. I felt every painful spring the first night and didn't sleep well at all. I resorted to the bunk beds with my kiddo and slept better in there. The 2nd bath was small but served its purpose. The counter heights are tall which was good for our tall family. The only things we were missing were washcloths and tissues in the bathrooms. The first night I heard all kinds of noises coming from the kitchen, but discovered it was just the icemaker in the refrigerator. It was easy to get to and not too far from St. George. We will definitely be back and we loved staying here. It felt like a home away from home.
