Recently updated with new flooring throughout, this home exudes a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy access to a wealth of community amenities, including two heated pools, two relaxing hot tubs, and a fully equipped fitness center—available for your enjoyment year-round from 7 AM to 10 PM. We also provide complimentary pool towels for your convenience. This exceptional townhome features two primary suites, each boasting ensuite bathrooms complete with spacious walk-in showers, indulgent soaking tubs and private balconies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including wine glasses, a crock pot, an electric griddle, a coffee maker with filters, a tea kettle, children’s plates, and essential spices. The spacious dining table accommodates 8 guests comfortably, while the island provides additional seating for 4—there’s ample room for everyone to gather!
With games, puzzles, a tv in each room, three separate patios, a gas BBQ, outdoor loungers, tables and chairs, you'll have plenty of options for fun and relaxation, no matter what you’re in the mood for!

This is a strict NON SMOKING property. This includes vaping. We ask guests not to smoke in the home, garage or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250 will be charged for violation of this rule.

House was great, no problems, host was there if you needed them but not over bearing. The arcade game was a huge hit and they had just a few movies, games and toys, enough for good entertainment of my children but not to much that if the kids made a mess it was a pain to clean up. Pools were great, we were there on a weekend with lots of events happening so seemed a little crowded but not like it was in St. George. Close enough for the event we were attending but far enough to get away from most of the chaos. If we would have had room for fishing poles the pond next to the neighborhood would have been one of our favorite spots to hangout and enjoy.

We were in St George for a basketball tournament, we had an age range of 7yrs to 82yrs. The house was perfect, so roomy, lots of beds, great appliances everything we needed and more. Not to mention it is beautiful! We have stayed at a lot of places in St. George, and let’s just say the TV and Wi-Fi is sketchy, it worked great at this house we didn’t have any issues! My mother in law was thrilled! Definitely will stay here again!

loved that the panty had some staples in it. But wish you didn't use scented laundry detergent and or dry sheets!!! and not use glade plug ins the smell is too much.
