About this house rental
This spacious 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home is centrally located in Southern Utah. If you are looking to explore Zion NP, Sand Hollow, and Quail Creek are just a short drive away. For shopping and dining St. George is also just a short drive away. The home is located in the Coral Ridge Resort. In the community you will be able to enjoy the two community pools (heated) and spas, and the community clubhouse with games and exercise equipment . The home is fully outfitted and has plenty of room for big groups (2500 SF).
Entering the home you will be welcomed into the large kitchen that flows into the living room. Both of which are fully furnished and stocked with the essentials of your own home. From kitchen appliances to a variety of utensils you'll have everything you need to make all your favorite meals. Connecting the kitchen and living room is a large dining table with seating for 8 and a kitchen island with seating for 3.
Enjoy a movie night with your family and friends in the living room where the comfortable couches face the entertainment center. Or play some games around the coffee table. Off the living room is the backyard where you can lounge out on the grass or kick a ball around. There is room for it all!
Back inside the home, there are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and a private entrance to the backyard. The master bathroom has two vanity spaces, a walk-in shower, a water closet, and a walk-in closet. Through the master closet, there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large window that lets in plenty of natural lighting.
The third bedroom has two queen beds and its own private patio.
This home is located directly across the street from the community pools.

Thanks for the wonderful stay.
I want to tell you about one thing that noticed that needs to be repaired; the hot water valve under the bathroom sink in the upstairs bedroom (w/two beds) leaks.
We turned the value into the off position to prevent water damage.

This property was exactly as advertised. So beautiful and the price is great. The community pool is directly across from the home and is very nice. This was a great stay for our week long adventure to the area and Sand Hollow. So close to so many outdoor adventures to private, state, and federal parks. Would definitely stay here again.
