Like a golden beam of sunlight shining down from above, this darling cottage brings warmth and easy comfort to your next Carrabelle getaway. Wake up with the sunrise each morning and spend your days on the white sand of Carrabelle Beach, easily accessed less than 600 feet across the road.
This stilted, sunny cottage is located in the quiet community of Carrabelle Beach, about three miles outside the town of Carrabelle itself. Take tranquil morning walks along the water and go swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, fishing, or kayaking in sparkling St. George Sound.
After a gorgeous day spent soaking up the Florida sun, come home to relax and recline on the shaded patio beneath the house. Between the outdoor tables on the patio and the sun-splashed deck upstairs, you'll have ample space for afternoon card games, picnic dinners, and sunset cocktails.
The centrally air-conditioned interior is full of beautiful finishes and features, from the large windows to the richly hued woods. Enjoy a living room with a TV, a lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a stovetop only, a microwave, and space to dine at both the breakfast bar and bistro table. In the evenings, there's a serene bedroom with its own TV, direct access to the deck, and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and shower.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There's one camera at the entry door facing outside and a second camera facing the outside parking area.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The unit was fantastic but they need to replace the lock. We could not get in with the combination or key without many exasperating attempts.

Our unit was very clean, very comfortable and nicely furnished and also surprisingly quiet. I had an issue getting the digital lock to work, but the property owner had someone at our unit in less than five minutes to help.

I have nothing but high praises for this property. It was bright and greeted you as soon as you come around the corner. The interior was immaculate and we had virtually no issues with our stay. The bathroom with both a soaking tub and large shower… I LOVED it! When we arrived, the main interior door knob was previously loosened which made closing the door near impossible. I reached out to Vacasa as soon as I noticed it, and quite literally, had a solution in place within 30 minutes. A complete resolution was reached the next day when they came by to fix it. All the while updating me via text and phone the whole time. That was amazing! Needless to say, it was our little home away from home for a few days and we enjoyed ourselves so much. Thank you for having such a unique property! We loved our stay.

There is no WiFi as advertised. We contacted guest services on day one about it and they asked that we reset the modem but there was no modem, only one booster. When that didn’t work they said they would send one of their local team members out to fix the problem but no one ever called or came by to fix the problem. There was dog food still on the floor from the previous renter and the stove was not wiped off along with some stains on the white down comfort and lots of yellow stains on mattress protector. Other than that it is a very convenient place to stay in regards to the walk to the bay
