I Cabin offers a direct view of the Chipola River. The secluded cabin has a wrap around porch with large open floor plan. A second floor has two queen beds and spacious sitting area. There is a boat dock situated directly in front of cabin. The cabin has Dish TV and internet. A washer and dryer is located in the laundry room. There is a large covered outdoor eating area and carport. A BBQ grill is provided. The cabin has two bedrooms with three queen size beds and 3 baths. Check In Time is 3:00 pm CST and Check Out Time is 11:00

By booking this location (3462 SE IOLA ROAD) you understand that the house where you’ll be staying and the activities in which you will be participating in, and the travel to and from the locations at which said activities are conducted, present risk of personal injury and/or other loss. You recognize and assume this risk, and hereby waive every right of action for damages, by yourself or by any person on your behalf, arising from any personal injury and/or other loss incurred by you as a result of your participating in said activities, your staying at the premises and/or being transported to or from the location at which said activities are conducted – in addition, you hereby release the owners and/or the agents for from any and all responsibility for any such injury or loss either to yourself or your pets or guests you have invited while staying at the location. Above stated activities include but are not limited to weddings, receptions, all gatherings, fishing from the dock, boating, canoeing, kayaking, leaving boats or personal watercraft tied to the dock for any period of time, cooking/grilling on premises, and all other activities taking place inside the house, on porches, docks, decks, or any other areas included in the property description. Stayed 3 nights for my husband's birthday the second week of October. The cabin and property were better than expected and communication with Susan was a pleasure! We had such and enjoyable time relaxing, fishing, and just enjoying the river views and surroundings. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful Property! Right on the river. Very relaxing and peaceful space. Susan was a great host! She was very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed or any questions we had. We definitely be back for a longer stay. This cabin was perfect for our long weekend.
