Additionally, the property boasts a small terrace on the upper floor and a magnificent saltwater pool surrounded by sunbeds, ideal for basking in the sun and unwinding in serenity.



On entering the ground floor, guests are greeted by a living area that radiates a bright, welcoming ambiance, thanks to the large panoramic windows and light-coloured Mediterranean-style furnishings. This space is equipped with a cozy sofa, a dining table, a television, and a fully fitted kitchen complete with modern amenities like a dishwasher and coffee maker. The villa comfortably accommodates guests in its three bedrooms: two featuring queen-size beds and one with a double sofa bed. Two well-appointed bathrooms with showers add to the convenience.



For added comfort, the villa provides amenities such as a washing machine and air conditioning. Guests also have access to an outdoor parking slot within the property grounds.



The swimming pool, a highlight of the villa, is open annually from June 1st to September 30th.

Booking Policy:

- Check-in is available between 15:00 and 20:00 and must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

- Check-out is required by 10:00.

- Late check-in or check-out may be accommodated subject to availability, with an additional fee ranging from €20 to €40 for arrivals after 20:00.

- Parties or events are not permitted.

- The villa is a non-smoking zone, both inside and outside.

- Pets are not allowed.

- A final cleaning fee of €570 is applicable.
