La posizione nel comprensorio di Conca Verde è la vicinanza al mare
Mancavano alcune piccole attenzioni come maggiore cura degli esterni, degli infissi e del giardino avrebbero valorizzato la struttura. Inoltre per il soggiorno settimanale potreste fornire almeno un cambio di biancheria

Il giardino è immenso, perfetto per chi ha dei cani, la zona è molto tranquilla e la casa è adatta a una famiglia numerosa. Lo staff che gestisce la struttura (Gandamar) in particolare modo Anna è stata gentilissima.
La struttura ha bisogno di manutenzione, l’illuminazione esterna non funzionava, all’interno il soffitto e le pareti si scrostavano, le zanzariere erano rotte e i mobili della cucina odoravano di muffa.
