Welcome to our spacious and modern coastal retreat, a perfect getaway for the entire family and friends. Just a 400m stroll from the breathtaking Ruakaka Beach and conveniently located near all amenities, this 4 bedroom home guarantees a stress-free and relaxing holiday experience.
A great spot whether you’re a couple, a family, two families, multi-generational with grandparents, or in the area for work.

The large open-plan living area seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces, with expansive bifold doors extending your living space from indoors to outdoors.

Master Bedroom with Super King Bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 with 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom3 with 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 with 1 King Single and 1 Single (plus roll away single underneath King Single)
Additional conveniences an extra bathroom and toilet, a well-appointed kitchen with all essentials, including a Nespresso coffee machine, and a living room open to the kitchen and dining areas, equipped with a Smart TV where you can log into your own Netflix account. The living room opens onto a patio area, perfect for relaxation.
Outdoor spaces include front and rear patios to enjoy the coastal atmosphere.
The garage houses a washing machine, dryer, clothes drying racks, beach gear, BBQ and bean bags.

Parking is convenient with space for approximately 3 cars onsite, along with some off-road parking and room for a trailer boat.

Situated 1 hour and 30 minutes from Auckland, this home offers a central base for your coastal adventure. A 5-minute walk takes you to Ruakaka Beach, a 3-minute drive to Ruakaka shopping centre, 6 minutes to Waipu Golf Course, and a 10-minute drive to the boat ramp at Marsden Cove Marina. If you`re up for a cultural excursion, a 30-minute drive brings you to Whangarei to explore the Hundertwasser Art Museum.
Discover Ruakaka Beach—an idyllic, laid-back coastal town just an easy 1 hour and 30 minutes` drive north from Auckland.
With kilometers of sandy beach right at your doorstep, you`ll be able to enjoy surfing and/or swimming (there`s a patrolled surf club at the beach), walking around the area, or as far as you like along the beach. A great base to go fishing from, with excellent launching facitilities at Marsden Cove. Or just sit back and relax at your accommodation with a nice glass of something refreshing!
Waipu Golf Course is very close, as is the Ruakaka Race Track. Waipu is great for a visit, with excellent eating out options, and Waipu Cove/Langs Beach for another beach option and great walking. These will all be listed in the Digital Guidebook we send you when you book.
Your best option for transport here is to have or hire your own car. Ruakaka Beach and the Bach Cafe are within walking distance, but if you`d like to explore the area further you will need a vehicle as there is no public transport.
