We were a group on a golf and surfing trip and this accommodation was perfect. Well located for beaches and the golf course, we were able to do everything we wanted. The bbq and kitchen was great for preparing food for all of us.

Perfect location, shops are nearby but not too close to feel busy, beach is about a minute walk, and the layout of the house is perfect for multiple families/big groups. Plenty to do nearby with Waipu, Mangawhai and Whangarei a short drive away. Glynis was a fantastic host, incredibly accommodating and clear communication.

Had everything we needed and more. Location was close to the beach, beds were comfy and had a good range to accommodate my extended family. Kitchen had everything we needed to make cooking a breeze. Loved the outdoor shower so didn't have sand going all through the house. Glynis was lovely, very prompt at replying to a couple of my questions. Look forward to coming back.

The location of the Bach was incredible. The kitchen had everything you could need. The Bach had so much space for 3 families so that kids and adults could spread out and enjoy time hanging out. The beach and dairy are within minutes walking distance. We will definitely return.

This property was an excellent place for us 1942ers to celebrate a belated 80th birthday with our partners as well. Lovely walks on the beach, after the cyclone, and not too far from Whangarei for us to explore the Town Basin etc. Good eating cafes and restaurants in the area as well.

What a great little (well big) gem this is. A Beautiful, spacious home with a great big kitchen and dining for enjoying meals together. Although not right on the beach, there is a sea view and an easy walk from the house. It was my 60th the Saturday before so it was nice to spend this quiet time together with my children before going back to Oz. I highly recommend this beautiful getaway and I'm going to make it one of our regular destination when I'm back in NZ. Thank you Glynis for taking the extra time to wish me a happy birthday 🎂 and for being available to chat with when needed.
