VILLA NONTISCORDARDIME - FLORENCE AREA
A romantic 18th century villa with a private swimming pool located in the Mugello valley just 26 km from Florence. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa is within a short driving distance of Borgo San Lorenzo , where you can find shops, restaurants, and a train station. It is also well situated for excursions to Vicchio (where Giotto and Fra Angelica were born), the Barberino Designer Outlet, Lake Bilancino (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing) and Florence.
Villa Nontiscordardime (700 sqm) develops over three levels. The villa set on a large estate (20,000 sqm) which also includes a fenced farm (where a family lives) and an accommodation where the receptionist lives (who is responsible for maintaining the estate).
On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a games room (with table football and pool table) and a covered loggia.
On the first floor, there are two living rooms, one with a fireplace and sofa and the second with a fireplace, sofa, armchair and TV. There are two dining rooms, both with dining tables and one with a TV, and a well-equipped kitchen (with American coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, and hob), as well as a laundry room. In the sleeping area on this level, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with tub), and one guest bathroom (with toilet).
On the second floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with tub and shower), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with tub).
Outside, you will find a large estate with a garden featuring a private swimming pool (8m x 4,.5m; depth 1.6m; open from 1 May to 30 September) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and a shady outdoor eating area (complete with a dining table), as well as private parking.
