Typical Tuscan villa of about 500sqm. built in 1800 on two floors, immersed in green Mugello valley, a few kilometres from Florence, in a quiet location. The spacious interiors are cared for and furnished with rustic style. The villa is surrounded by a fenced park 4.000mq. with old trees and equipped with private swimming pool for guests (12m. x 6m. prof. 145cm.), gazebo, children's games. The property also has outdoor space (with barbecue) for outdoor dining. Wi-Fi. Private parking in the property.
