Typical Tuscan villa of about 500sqm. built in 1800 on two floors, immersed in green Mugello valley, a few kilometres from Florence, in a quiet location. The spacious interiors are cared for and furnished with rustic style. The villa is surrounded by a fenced park 4.000mq. with old trees and equipped with private swimming pool for guests (12m. x 6m. prof. 145cm.), gazebo, children's games. The property also has outdoor space (with barbecue) for outdoor dining. Wi-Fi. Private parking in the property.
The house is located 4km. from "Borgo San Lorenzo", at 35km. from Florence, 21km. from the "Barberino Designer Outlet" (over 100 stores of major brands of Italian and international fashion) and Lake "Bilancino" (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), at 17km. from the "Poggio dei Medici Golf Club", at 6km. from the riding stable.
