VILLA CORDA - CASCIANA TERME AREA
Villa Corda is a lovely art nouveau villa with a terraced garden, swimming pool and views of the Tuscan hills. The villa is in the hamlet of Lari, which is ideal for visiting the must-see sights of Tuscany. Casciana Terme with its hot springs is reachable in 10 minutes while the Teatro del Silenzio can be reached in 30 minutes, where Andrea Boccelli performs a live concert every summer. Nearby, you will find shops, restaurants and bars. The nearest supermarket is 10 km away and the popular towns of Florence (75 km), Pisa (30 km), Lucca and San Gimignano (50 km), Volterra (40 km) and Siena (130km) are all within easy driving distance.
The villa is composed of a 200 square metre main house which develops over two levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room (with sofas and armchairs), a well-equipped kitchen (with dining table), a study (with a desk and couch) and one bathroom (with shower).
From the ground floor, you will find steps to a bathroom (with shower). On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one double bedroom (with French bed, sleeps two children or one adult) and one twin bedroom accessed from a small living room (with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double). From here, steps lead up to another bathroom (with bath and shower).
On request, a single bed can be added in one of the double bedrooms (Fee applicable).
Outside, the villa is set in a large garden with a swimming pool, terrace, outdoor dining area (with table and chairs), various seating areas and a barbecue.
