About this farm stay rental
The family farm Il Poderino is located in the countryside of the small medieval center of Chianni, 30 km from the Etruscan town of Volterra, and enjoys a fabulous view. Inside we find a typical farmhouse dating back to 1825 properly restored with materials that maintain the original characteristics of the ancient area and architecture of Tuscany. (You can see reclaim on our property 8302596). The agritourism part offers 4 apartments and three independent rooms with bathroom. A group of 9 adults and 2 or 3 children can be accommodated in the comfortable three rooms and in the Alloro apartment that inside offers a large living room with kitchen equipped for the number of all the components. All exterior exclusive for their table and chairs with barbecue.
They can also use a loggia and a large common room * with a ping-pong table, sofas, a large table with seating, and a super-panoramic infinity edge pool *. Our strong point is the strategic position ... choosing our farm means you can decide to enjoy the relaxation of the countryside, maybe taking a swim in our pool available only to guests, or quickly reach the sea, or visit the famous nearby cities art such as Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Florence, Lucca and the picturesque and characteristic villages that are located around (Chianni, Casciana Terme, Terricciola, Palaia, Lari, Laiatico, etc ...) maybe taking a walk by bike or on foot .
Final cleaning (€ 7.00 per person) to be paid locally, cost for any animal (€ 30.00), energy costs for heating according to consumption to be paid locally.
Municipal tourist tax only from April to October, € 1 per adult up to the fifth day, children up to 12 years are exempt.
