VILLA VANNIA - AREZZO AREA
Dating from the seventeenth century, Villa Vannia is located in the heart of the beautiful Chianti area, close to the most important art cities of Tuscany, 25 km far from Arezzo, 35 km from Siena and 55 km from Florence. With beautiful Tuscan hills, famous wine estates, ancient spa complexes and amazing history this trully is the best place to discover and experience Tuscany from. The nearest village is only 800m away, where there are some shops: restaurant, bars, greengrocer, grocery store, bank, gas station, chemist's shop, butcher. Other very good restaurants are 1 and 3 km distant. Every day ( Monday-Friday ) there is the bakery service, the baker comes to the villa to bring fresh bread and croissants.
Villa Vannia offers 9 bedrooms (three twins, four double and two very large, 50 square meters, each with one double bedroom and twin beds) and 8 bathrooms; a large kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave; of about 50 square meters where large groups can share meals together; the bedrooms can all be accessed separately through the main stairwell. Seven of the bedroom have en suite bathrooms.
Outside there is a large private swimming pool (9x18m, 1.5m deep, open from 01/05 - 30/09) with umbrellas and chairs; a beautiful terrace of 50 square meters and private garden with tables and umbrellas. The villa is surrounded by woods, where guests can take walks in.
At approximately 100 meters from the villa there is a large lake where guests can fish (on request).
Please NOTE: there is no heating at this villa.
