This large 17th-century building is located among a very small group of houses. In fact, you can still find the old 17th-century mill, where the farm's olive oil was made, on the ground floor. This accommodation lends itself very well to holidays of groups of friends with children, who would have plenty of space to play. It is also an ideal starting point to reach the most important cities of art in Tuscany and the many ancient villages in the region. A little higher up from the house there is a large swimming pool (9x20, 1.50 m deep) (01/05-30/09) surrounded by a lawn with sun-umbrellas and deck chairs. Wi-Fi Internet access and a baby-bed are available to the guests. On request and to be paid for on location: babysitter, maid service, chef and cooking courses. Simple furnishings. Parking.
PLEASE NOTE: small pets are allowed upon paymentACCOMMODATION: (550 m2) Gr. fl.: entrance and hallway, lounge (satellite TV), large kitchen / dining room (freezer, oven, microwave, American coffee maker, dishwasher), a former mill with millstones, 1 bathroom with bath, laundry room (washing machine). 1st fl.: ancient kitchen with access to a large terrace (50 m2), 3 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower (1 of the bedrooms is very large and has 2 additional single beds), 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower. 2nd fl .: 3 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower (1 of the bedrooms is very large and has 2 additional single beds), 2 twin bedded rooms one of which has a bathroom with shower. There are fans in each bedroom.
LOCATION: 1 km Badia ad Agnano (restaurant, pharmacy), 5 km Bucine (railway station, supermarket), 9 km Montevarchi, 25 km Arezzo, 35 km Siena, 55 km Florence.
Final cleaning per booking. In cash 550.00 Euro
Tourist tax per person/day 1.50 Euro
