The apartment is wheelchair-accessible. All rooms are equipped with wide sliding doors, allowing a wheelchair to pass through easily. The bedroom with twin beds features a nursing bed. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with a shower stool, two fold-down supports on the toilet seat, a wheelchair-accessible sink, and a tilting wall mirror.

The wide sandy beaches of St. Peter-Ording (approx. 6 km), Garding (approx. 4 km), and the port town of Tönning (approx. 12 km) are just a short drive away. For golfers, the Deichgrafenhof (1.4 km) offers an excellent practice range.
If the weather happens to be less than ideal, a visit to the Dünentherme is well worth it. The water park is located right next to the beach access in the Bad district and features a wave pool, a children’s pool, a whirlpool, an outdoor pool, a slide, and a large sauna area with a view of the sea. Right next to the Dünentherme is the large wellness area, offering numerous treatments for spa guests and visitors.
