Cozy little townhouse for up to 4 people with 2 separate bedrooms, a patio, a fireplace, and a private parking spot right outside the front door. Free Wi-Fi with 50 Mbit/s high-speed internet, internet radio with Spotify Connect, and an on-site 11 kW wallbox for electric cars. The beds will be freshly made for you upon arrival (free of charge); please bring your own towels.
The living space of approximately 55 m² spans two levels and is laid out as follows:
First floor: Living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace, open-concept kitchen with dining area, small shower room/restroom, small storage room, and washing machine
Upper level: one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm – twin mattresses) and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The bunk beds are also well-suited for adults.
Location:
The Böhl neighborhood in the south of St. Peter-Ording, across from a small wooded area. Nearby attractions include the Westküstenpark and the Böhler Lighthouse. Böhler Beach is particularly popular with kiteboarders. You’ll find a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops to browse in the nearby district of St. Peter-Dorf, about a 15–20-minute walk away. Extensive shopping options for daily needs, including Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Rossmann, and a beverage store, are located about 1.4 km away. The train station is also in this area.
Please note: For safety reasons, charging electric car batteries via the home’s electrical system is not permitted; the renter is liable for any damage. If needed, please use the property’s own wallbox.
Strandbox Vacation Home:
The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, flat-screen TV, radio, and a fireplace. The open-concept kitchen features a refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, and a ceramic cooktop. The dining area seats 4 people. The apartment also includes a small bathroom with a shower.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper level with 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom features a bunk bed, which is also suitable for adults.
The wind-protected terrace, furnished with patio furniture and a parasol, faces southwest. A private parking space with an 11 kW wallbox is located directly in front of the house on the property.
The property has approximately 55 square meters of living space.
Bedding, parking, visitor permits, electricity, and water are included in the price. Please bring your own towels.
On-site costs: Bedding is provided free of charge; please bring your own towels. Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and use of the washing machine are also included. A parking space for a car and bike racks are located directly in front of the house and are free of charge. There is also a charging station (11 kW wallbox) for electric cars at the house. The charging card is provided to the guest upon request for a one-time fee of €40 and is non-transferable. The on-site wallbox can be used by the guest throughout the entire stay; electricity is not charged separately. The total price also includes digital visitor passes (guest cards). This is a smoke-free property. The total cost of the stay must be received in full via bank transfer well in advance of arrival, even for last-minute bookings. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Eine korpulente Person hätte keinen Platz in diesem Bad. Ein Gästewaschbecken ist nur fürs Händewaschen geeignet.
Laut Beschreibung sollte das Etagenbett sollte auch für Erwachsene geeignet sein. Die Länge des Bettes ja, aber nicht die Höhe zur Decke, da hier schon die Dachschräge verlief. Es fehlte auch ein Kleiderschrank.
