About this apartment rental
The historic country house "Haus der Hebamme," located directly behind the former lake dike, was built around 1700 and completely rebuilt in 1989. The property is situated on a farm road with very little traffic.
The first-floor vacation apartment measures approximately 80 square meters and features a dining/living room (with satellite color TV) that includes a sleeping alcove, a large bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
An adjoining room is available for storing suitcases and other items. The living room offers a beautiful, expansive view (facing south) across meadows where horses are often seen grazing. From the bedroom window (facing north), you can see the Westerhever Lighthouse, the landmark of North Frisia.
A large garden with a pond offers plenty of space for everyone to find their own spot, by arrangement. Since there are free-roaming animals on the property (dog, cats, chickens), we’ve set up a nice little corner for you where you won’t be disturbed by the Tholendorf village musicians.
