We will have the pleasure of welcoming you in this superb T2 apartment of 40 m2, ideally located in the heart of the city 5 place de la Poissonnerie in Saint-Malo intra-muros.
You will be able to appreciate its calm, the apartment being located on the 5th and last floor (access by elevator) of a building located on the authentic Place de la Poissonnerie located 100 m from the heart of the city.
This apartment "TRAVERSANT" has been completely renovated, perfectly equipped, very comfortable, perfectly tastefully decorated, it has been furnished on the theme of travel.
The apartment is perfectly soundproofed, "CROSSING", it benefits from a superb, and very important luminosity.
Being moreover without any opposite, he has a major asset in the corsair city.
Due to its orientation, the apartment is constantly sunny, it will allow you to admire the charms of Saint-Malo intra muros in complete peace
The apartment is presented as follows:
- A living room with sofa bed, coffee table, table and chairs, large screen TV, wifi internet.
- A bedroom with a 140 cm bed (the bedding is in perfect condition)
- A very spacious fully equipped kitchen with, among other things,
dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery etc....
- A bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine.
- The spacious toilets are separate from the bathroom and equipped with a washbasin and a VMC for your comfort.
- Wall-mounted cabinets allow for easy and convenient storage.
- Heating is individual and adjustable by room thermostat
Linen is not provided, but following many requests an optional linen service has been set up.
The complete kit consists of:
-Duvet house
- pillowcase
-Sheet House
- towel
- bath towel
- Shower
- dish towel.
The cost of this kit is 30€ per person and will be paid on arrival by check or cash.

Location excellent in old city. Parking is available about 200m away outside the walls at a reasonable price. Many good restaurants and shops nearby.Apartment is a good size for 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, hot water, heating good.Easy to communicate with the owners and collect and leave keys.
