This house, located in a residential area of Monsempron-Libos, is perfect for discovering the beautiful regions of the southwest: Lot-et-Garonne, Lot, Dordogne, and Tarn-et-Garonne. During your stay, you will enjoy a peaceful and pleasant setting. The lower part of the house is occupied by a friend who owns a dog. He is discreet and very helpful.
Cleaning is not included; the property must be left clean or an extra charge will apply.
A few rules must be followed: please keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. to respect the neighbors’ peace. The house is non-smoking; if you wish to smoke, please do so outside.
