About this villa rental
Ca di Max is located in the first hills above Sarzana, but still belongs to Tuscany and Lunigiana.
There are 2 houses on the slope - the Ca di Max and a small guest house with a separate driveway, which is occupied by the owner who takes care of the house and property.
It is a quiet, green location with good access via the main road, the road to the house is only about 10m, you can park and turn around in several places.
The typical Tuscan house was extensively renovated a few years ago. It is ecologically built in harmony with the nature that surrounds it - lots of natural wood, pellet heating, wooden furnishings and lots of sun and light.
The first thing you enter is the enormous kitchen-living room, where it is fun to cook, dine and sit at the rustic table with friends or family. There is a double stove, 8 burner hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher. Open fireplace, pellet stove, TV.
Next to it is a shower room with washing machine - the wine cellar remains closed.
Next to the kitchen on the ground floor we continue to the first bedroom on the right of the house with its shower room.
On the first floor there is a large living room/library with a terrace and a pull-out double sofa bed, well suited for children or young people.
The large bedroom (43 sqm) with shower room and terrace with sea views is reached through one step. This bedroom also has a TV.
At the end of the house there is a seating area with a bread oven and barbecue, further seating or lying options are available on the two terraces or in front of the house. Olives, fruit trees and many flowers grow here.
First small shop in and below Fosdinovo, otherwise about 5km in Sarzana. Sea: Marinella (14km).
You can book dinner and interim cleaning separately.
