    No idea why this property is rated so high The wifi is unusable...especially in the rooms The AC is shut off for 6 hrs during the hottest part of the day (33°) When you request to speak to the owner, you are unable to reach them And you're pretty much on your own Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else...trust

    The bed was genuinely comfortable (which isn’t always the case in hostels), and I slept really well every night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything. All the facilities were clean and well maintained, and you could tell they actually care about the place. The cleaning ladies came around 11:30am each day to clean the beds and rooms, so everything always felt fresh and organised. Overall, such a great experience, comfortable, clean, and with a really nice atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again.

    This hostel is super cheap and is great if you’re a backpacker however there are a few things we need to mention. 1) the hostel wasn’t as clean as others we have stayed in. 2) there is a lot of stuff everywhere like the owners washing on the roof, barrels of coffee in the “reception” area. There is no communal area for guests, so no social aspect whatsoever. There is a roof top however it’s filled with clothes drying and random bits of old furniture etc so you can’t really chill up there as a group. 3) there is a coffee shop downstairs so the outside area is primarily made for it’s guests. 4) there is no reception area designated and we didn’t really feel welcomed. Overall, we didn’t mind our stay here it was convenient to walk to the old centre and night market, but if you’re looking to socialise and relax in communal areas you may want to pick somewhere else. Great for a budget traveller and those wanting a form with a bit of peace and quiet.
