Premium location in Bear Hollow Village on the back row where you can enjoy private views to open space and the Utah Olympic Park. Highly upgraded and recently remodeled. Property features all the options including a lower deck hot tub and the coveted 3rd floor deck off master. The property features 4 bedrooms upstairs and a basement/family room (bedroom number 5), garage, wood floors throughout.

This home is located in Bear Hollow Village, just 10 miles from historic, downtown Park City. Enjoy all that Park City has to offer all year long from skiing and sledding in the winter; to Pickleball, rafting, hiking, or mountain biking in the summer. Additionally, the Bear Hollow neighborhood clubhouse is close by, enjoy the seasonal pool, fitness center, and clubhouse.

Wow. This was an amazing trip in so many ways. The property was perfect--great layout and extremely well appointed. The owners thought of everything and they are meticulous. The view from the primary bedroom and the back deck is gorgeous. And the hot tub was perfect for unwinding after walking a day in the snow. We walked to get lunch and coffee to the shopping area outside of the complex. Highly recommend this rental--the location was right off the highway--easy in and out.

The property was beautifully put together and made for an exceptional stay. Accommodations were just what we needed for the large group we had staying there. Would definitely recommend to others and will be re-booking this condo again in the future.
