Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

We’d a delightful stay in this villa. It was spotless on arrival and very spacious. It’s only a couple of mins dander to the beach, an even closer to Slims, Ginny and Jane e’s , Harry’s and Bortells. Anna Maria is our paradise and staying here enabled us to enjoy every aspect of island life.

Pros: -Communication -Clean-Beds-Good space for 2 adults and 2 teensCons:-The stove is terrible, the heating elements are old and do not balance well. Upgrade to a modern electric stove -house does get hot day and warm at night even with the AC and fans on. Recommend you provide provide a portable ac for each bedroom to use at night.

This property looked exactly like the property and was perfect for a family of 4! It's two blocks from the beach so we walked each time. The area is quiet and peaceful, and felt a lot less busy than the other end of the island (which we were glad about).However, we had a hiccup checking in (and though I messaged at check in, we had to call and get someone to come out. The door and lock don't quite match up so it made for a sticky opening). They remedied this quickly and fixed the door! By night two, when we unwrapped a new roll of toilet paper, we found bugs crawling around (I took many pictures and videos). We realized they were also in the cabinets and around the kitchen sink. I messaged through Vrbo again and didn't hear back. Since we were busy the next day, I didn't call until the afternoon and they said they'd send someone out. I don't think they did and I never heard further communication about it.All in all, the communication wasn't great and we didn't enjoy the bugs. But other than that, the location was perfect.
