1600 square feet, 3 bedrooms house with two car garage, two blocks from the beach and about 75 yards from the community pool.
Hot tub on secluded back patio for WINTER renters.
Master suite and bathroom on entry floor and two bedrooms and bath upstairs.
Fully furnished, bring your suitcase and enjoy! Great front porch for enjoying the cool breezes.
Minimum renter age 25 (Homeowner Association Rules, not mine, no exceptions).
Computer generated, private access code for you only, changeable by you to a 4 - 6 digit code of your choosing. Code expires at the agreed upon departure time.
Declare your dogs if bringing them and pay the pet fee! Housekeeping charges more for cleaning up after dogs.
Note: Trailers of any type are NOT allowed to be visible on the property. No boat trailers, no jet ski trailers, no u-haul trailers, etc. If you bring a trailer that will not fit in the garage, you will be required to move it somewhere else.

Great accommodations! We were impressed with how clean it was. Easy access to beach and shops. It accommodated one of our handicap guests. The stair rail was very sturdy for her to use to get up and down stairs. The showers have a bench seat in them. There was plenty of hot water for showers or a long soak it the tub. Was happy to have a washer and dryer to keep laundry up. The beds were comfortable once you got used to them. I was happy for the additional fans that they provided. I like it extremely cool when sleeping. Enter and exit process was easy and no fuss.If I had any questions Bill was always great at getting back to me. We had a great Vacation and enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful property with perfect location with very easy to communicate with owner. Very clean and comfortable which made our long stay very comfortable.
