Close to everything! Remodeled one level duplex with king bed conveniently located. LOVE ART? This unit is filled with original art that is available for purchase. Walk to Dunkin Donuts for your morning coffee or use the Keurig provided. Located on the Medtech Pkwy walking trail which spans 3.5 miles. Close to literally everything, ETSU, Milligan College, Johnson City Medical Center/Mountain States, Franklin Woods Hospital, Bristol Motor Speedway, Jonesborough, and many more attractions.

Return stay with a wonderful host, Polly. Easy communication and check in process.This is a beautifully (and artistically) furnished comfortable house. Beds and linens are high quality and there are plenty of towels. Kitchen area has eveything you need, even for an extended stay. Living room has plenty of seating and a proper dining table. The whole place is spotless with lots of little extras. (Soaps, cleaning stuff etc.)This is a step above a lot of JC rentals that have a lot of nice pictures but hard beds and undersized living room furniture. Excellent location and, although on a main road, surprisingly quiet inside and even on the back deck. Easy access to all of JC downtwn restaurants and the mall.Dont hesitate to book. It's a wonderful stay.

This is a very comfortable and cozy home. It is uniquely decorated with original art. The home has been updated and everything is fresh and clean and operational. We didn't need anything for a short stay to be completely accommodated. From coffee to snacks, towels to cleaning supplies. It was just like being at home. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. If I had to pick a delta for a future guest it would be getting out on the road. It helps if you back in so you can see the cars coming around the corner to get out into the flow of traffic. A delta for the host would be a hand grip outside the tub to assist elderly guest to step over the tub. I will reemphasis that the stay was perfect and I will rebook in the future if I need accommodations in JC.
