La casa era funcional, bien decorada y estaba en pleno centro. Además, muy cerca de un punto de recogida de VTC, lo que resultó muy práctico.
Olía bastante a tabaco y la entrada al edificio fue complicada. El código de acceso no funcionó a la primera y la puerta parece que no abre hasta que tiras con fuerza. Ya en el piso, solo hay una llave, pero varios bombines: el correcto es el de abajo.
