The location was fantastic, right at the entrance of old town. Check in & out was easy as well. Spacious enough for 4.

Good central location. The apartment was spacious.
The stovetop wasn't working. It seemed to be locked and we were unable to unlock it. I immediately called the owner, multiple times and there was no answer. I also texted him through the app and there was no reply until two days later, only to say that they had just seen the message and to ask us when we were checking out. The floor was dirty in many spots, the sofabed was not prepared as I had requested and the bedding in the drawers was definitely not clean. The beds in the other bedrooms were not properly made either. Very disappionting. Terrible customer service. I would never go back.
