Le personnel est accueillant à la réception comme au restaurant , merci à Farah et Fadel et houda la femme de ménage et tte l'équipe . la chambre équipée. L'emplacement très près de la plage et des restaurants, le parking devant l'hôtel et le petit déjeuner .

Rien tt s'est bien passé.

​Hotel bello e rinnovato di recente, situato in un'ottima posizione di fronte all'oceano e piacevolmente al riparo dal rumore del centro. Lo staff è fantastico e sempre disponibile: un grazie speciale a Fatna per le sue continue e premurose attenzioni. Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche la loro prontezza nell'aiutarci a scaldare il pranzo per la nostra bambina.

Ci sono solo pochi dettagli che potenzierebbero l'esperienza complessiva: la chiusura del box doccia andrebbe sigillata meglio per evitare la fuoriuscita d'acqua, e farebbe comodo un poggiavaligie. Infine, pur avendo apprezzato un'ottima pulizia generale, i divani (non essendo sfoderabili) presentavano qualche macchia.

Le personnel est vraiment le point fort de l’hôtel. Les deux dames de l’accueil ont été particulièrement serviables, adorables et très réactives à toutes nos demandes. Mention spéciale également à Ali, le technicien, qui est intervenu rapidement et efficacement pour résoudre nos problèmes. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec un service particulièrement agréable. Merci notamment à Fadi, très à l’écoute, attentionné et efficace, qui nous a servis rapidement et avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

L’hôtel est situé sur une avenue très passante, juste à côté d’un McDonald’s, avec beaucoup de bruit jusque vers 2 h du matin. Les équipements et l’aménagement sont assez moyens, notamment les salles de bain où l’évacuation de l’eau est mal conçue. Pour un tarif d’environ 150 € la nuit, le rapport qualité-prix n’est clairement pas au niveau attendu.

We were amongst the first three guests staying at Oceana Mazagan Suites Hotel. The property had been taken over by a new owner, and the previously run down hotel was being renovated. Very nice view if you get a room with view to the ocean. Above KFC and opposite McDonalds - practical, as during our stay no meal services could be provided.

One could tell that the place was under renovation. We had gotten a upgrade - but had then to move rooms as the A/C did not work (very cold in winter without it). We had to pay in cash - ok, but were disappointed that there were no electric kettles in the suites. Some things were still broken - the curtains fell down, the towel racks in plastic were broken, and the fantastic shower was leaking. Most disappointing was the sound of renovation - one takes a hotel to sleep. But handicrafts man were allowed to work noisily on the roof and in the hallway till 1 am, and from early morning. But once fixed and fully renovated, this property could be a pearl in the very nice city of El Jadida.
